We believe that good and
honorable people should be allowed to support the person whom they
feel is best suited to be a State Senator as long as it can be
done without violating Ronald Reagan's "Eleventh Commandment." We
believe that all party members have the right to fairly express
their SUPPORT for any person of their choosing. We believe that
SUPPORTING one candidate DOES NOT mean anything negative about any
other candidate.
Accordingly, we would like to
take this opportunity to recommend David Shafer for State Senate.
We believe that David
represents what is good and honorable about the Republican Party.
We believe that David represents a true "Citizen Activist" in the
finest tradition of the term.
David has served as the
Executive Director of the Party and has managed SEVERAL state wide
campaigns (including his own). We respect David's vision to
understand the importance of the Secretary of State's office when
he ran in 1996. (We didn't discover its importance this until
Cathy Cox ratified Randy Sauder's breach of the law and the
public's trust).
We think that David would be
a fine State Senator and we wholeheartedly and without reservation
endorse him for the position.
